My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although spacious and clean, had issues with temperature control and some noise disturbances. On the bright side, they were comfortable with good bedding and a large shower. The service was generally friendly and helpful, offering assistance with local recommendations. The location was convenient for business travelers or those attending events at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, but lacked a bustling dining scene. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Cleveland near sports arenas and cultural attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although they have a contemporary style that may not fit the building's aesthetics. The service is top-notch, with efficient problem-solving and welcoming staff. The dining experience offers delicious options but could have earlier service times. The size of the hotel can be a bit noisy and overwhelming at times.

The hotel provided very comfortable rooms and had up to three elevators, which was convenient. However, assistance to a homeless person was just poor.
